Orders and quotations
Product availability, pricing, branding requirements and lead times may be confirmed by written quotation before supply. Custom-branded products may require artwork approval before production begins.
Product information
Images, descriptions, sizes, fragrances and colours are supplied for catalogue guidance and may be updated as final product data is loaded.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and settlement requirements will be confirmed during checkout or quotation. Orders may be processed only once payment or approved trade terms are in place.
Delivery
Free delivery applies in the Garden Route area only. Delivery outside the Garden Route may be quoted or charged separately depending on location, order size and handling requirements.
Custom branding
Clients are responsible for supplying usable logos, artwork and brand approvals. TopDot may provide design support, but final approval remains with the client.
